Saturday, July 23rd, I had the privilege of co-hosting yoga and a juice/mimosa bar at Ottilia. Shay from the Arlington Heights CorePower Yoga studio led myself and guests through a yoga sculpt class. Yogi, teacher and manager Monika as well as Pure Juice owner and yogi Paulina also participated in the class. For us all, it was so lovely to see so many familiar faces.

Saturday, if someone forgot a mat, another person in our community lent one to them. I loved seeing such thoughtful and kind people! 

Paulina served tasty mimosas, juices and snacks post class. My favorite was the watermelon and lime juice!
