Testament Beauty Masks

Testament Beauty Masks

One of my favorite things to add to a routine is a mask! Why? All you need is a mask, 15-20 minutes and you’ll see instant results. This rings especially true when I tried the Turkish Coffee 3-in-1 mask. It is a scrub-mask-moisturizer that resurfaces, tightens and hydrates your skin. The mask is made up of ground Arabica coffee seeds, skin-nourishing avocado oil and antioxidant-packed cacao that work together to restore skin’s balance and natural radiance. Combined with ceramides and niacinamide this mask will leave your face feeling vibrant and smooth.

If you feel like a scrub is not for you, or that you simply do not have the time to apply a mask during the day, the sleeping mask is for you! This  luxurious night-time moisturizing treatment gives you softer, more radiant skin. Made with blue tansy (Moroccan chamomile) this mask will hydrate your skin and minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Cooling peppermint, redness-reducing oregano and lavender soothe along with plant-based peptides that help calm irritation while you sleep. Consider using a thinner layer of this mask if you are looking for a hydrating night cream.

Testament Beauty’s founder Sophia Chabbott likens her masks to a Mediterranean diet, but for your face. Sophia wanted formulas that were simple, straightforward and rooted in fresh-from-the-garden ingredients. This led her to researching Mediterranean ingredients that were fundamental to her family’s heritage. Herbs such as rosemary, oregano and lavender took a new dimension when blended together in delicate balance.  (I love the idea that skincare is beginning to look like our ideal diet. Chock full of high integrity ingredients that nourish our skin!)

These formulas are a testament to the beauty and power of the garden-grown ingredients in each jar. These masks remind us of the small pleasures that can make our days brighter.
